Grounded in movement we motivate and inspire people to add movement practice to their lives. We start by teaching people how to be more connected with their bodies. Then, methodically and incrementally progress them through the injury back to full performance. When rehab stops short, Pick Performance takes you the rest of the way

The Pick Performance Corporate Wellness Program improves productivity, morale, and workplace culture. We bring high-impact sessions directly to your office—think adult gym class. Sessions enhance strength, mobility, balance, and cardiovascular health while reducing stress and strengthening team connection. We teach practical nervous system regulation and provide individualized care strategies. Our philosophy: strengthen body, mind, and soul while adding fun to the workday.

With all athletes we start by building a robust foundation focused on each individual's specific needs concentrating on weak links without interfering with strengths. We always aim to make the stressors of training higher than the game to fully prepare athletes for anything they encounter in competition. Above all, our goal is to develop better learners.
